Admission Process/Apply

In order to streamline our administrative processes at Loyola, students and their families are now required to complete an Admissions Application. The application is free to complete.

Complete your application

Once you have completed your student's inquiry form, Loyola will process and generate your parent(s) username and password.

Using your username and password, log-in to your account and view your admission checklist, required steps that should be completed during your interview and before your admission offer. 

Students and parents will be able to identify and complete the following information:

• Registration for a personal tour for students and parents
• Registration for High School Placement Test (please see high school placement testing dates)
• Completion of Parent/Student Interview (schedule by contacting 318-226-6285 or [email protected])
• Submission of required documents
  • Most recent report card
  • Previous Standardized Exam Scores
  • Immunization Records
  • Birth Certificate
  • Discipline Record
  • 504 Testing Accommodations/IEP (optional)

When you have completed all required steps of the Admission Checklist, continue to monitor your application status/admission offer through our FACTS management system

For 2024-25 Transfer: You will access all steps of the process by visiting https://loyolaprep.myschoolapp.com/app/#login

After completion of the inquiry form, admission checklist, and pre-enrollment form, your enrollment form will be created in our FACTS system. This system will allow you to pay your student(s) registration fee, apply for tuition assistance (optional), and complete a tuition agreement. An email will be generated with your login credentials.
