My name is Angela BonDurant. We moved to Shreveport 6 years ago. We decided to stay when my husband retired from the Air Force because we fell in love with St. Joseph Church and wanted our boys to attend school at St. Joseph and Loyola and here we are. Those boys are now a freshman and senior. We could not be more pleased with the education they have received and the community we have become a part of. I am honored to serve as your Loyola Parents Association President.
The LPA is dedicated to supporting our students, faculty, and staff through events, fundraising, and service. None of this is possible without the diverse gifts, talents, and time of our parent community. Whether you can volunteer to chair a committee, help at a event, or join us for our quarterly meetings, your involvement matters, and it is so important to be a part of our children’s school community.
Every parent is a member of the LPA. I invite you to explore this page to learn more about our upcoming events and volunteer opportunities. Please feel free to reach out to me directly at [email protected] with any questions, ideas, or feedback.
Our mission at Loyola is to create men and women of conscience, character, and compassion, continuing the Jesuit Catholic tradition. The LPA plays a vital role in this mission by fostering a supportive, faith-filled community where parents, faculty, and staff work together, all for the greater glory of God.
Thank you for your continued support, your prayers, and your commitment to Catholic education. I look forward to partnering with you to make this a memorable year for our parents, staff, and children.
Love & prayers,
Angela BonDurant
