LUNCH: Students must order lunch a week in advance via a Google form here: Week of 08.18-08.22.2025. https://forms.gle/LvPL4cSFiibQrET46 - The deadline to order meals for the week is FRIDAY at 2:00pm. Funds will be deducted from the student/faculty My School Bucks account. **Orders are charged even if they are not picked up. Orders can be placed from any email right now but will be restricted to LCP email addresses in a couple weeks. Orders not picked up by the 2nd half of lunch will be made available for sale. If you will be late due a meeting, test, etc, please arrange to have your lunch picked up. Due to our vendor agreement with our Cafe provider, fast food or delivery are not allowed. Lunch should either be ordered from the Cafe, or brought from home. No exceptions

BACK TO SCHOOL DANCE: “SGA is excited to be hosting this year's Back to School Dance.
When: Friday, August 15th from 7pm-9pm.
Where: LCP Gym
Who: Our Back to School Dance is for Current Loyola Students Only
Our themes this year are as follows:
- Freshmen - 1960's/1970's (Hippies, blue jeans, flower power, tie-dye, and peace signs)
- Sophomores - 1950's (Poodle Skirts, Leather Jackets, Sockhops, and Rock-N-Roll)
- Juniors - 1980's/1990's (Neon, HipHop, Graphic-tees, and backwards hats)
- Seniors - 1920's/1930's (Gilded Age, Gatsby, Flapper Girls)
Tickets are $7 before-hand, and $10 at the door. Pre-sale ends on August 16th at noon. You can purchase them at this link here. Cash will not be accepted.
YEARBOOK PICTURES: Pictures will be taken on Thursday, August 14. Mass attire must be worn for pictures.
MASS DAY: Our first mass is on Friday, August 15. Please refer to your student handbook for proper mass attire.
SNOOPY RUN: The 7th annual "Run, Run, Snoopy 5K" Saturday, August 23, will be full of fun, great food from Dillas, and Italian Ice Cream!
Currently, there are over 72 runners and 0 volunteers signed up!

SWIM TEAM: There will be an interest meeting for the swim team on Wednesday, August 13 during the 2nd half of homeroom. The meeting will be held in room B5.
SERVICE HOUR OPPORTUNITIES
FOOTBALL CONCESSIONS: Back again this year, the faculty, staff and students will be running the concession stands at Messmer for Football, Soccer and Lacrosse. We are excited about this opportunity for students to earn service hours and life experience. We are asking students to sign up for games to sell concessions. The attached form is for the 2025 Football season. We will add the Soccer and Lacrosse schedule closer to their season openers. We will have the full concession stand on the Home Team's side and a smaller temporary concession stand on the Visitor's side.
We are looking forward to a great year.
Students will receive 5 service hours per Varsity game, if they stay the whole game.
