May 3, 2024Announcements for May 3, 2024 - Today is another B day.
- Good luck to the track team at State!
- Senior Student Breakfast this morning at 8:30 AM in the cafeteria followed by the senior awards ceremony at 9:15.
- Any student who did not receive their yearbook should go to Room 200 to pick it up.
- Come celebrate the 2024 lacrosse season Tuesday, May 7th at 6:00pm at Eastridge! To purchase tickets from GoFan, click here:

- Students must order lunch a week in advance via a Google form here: Week of 05.06.05.10..2024. https://forms.gle/SgETZUsvhspYVKnA8 - The deadline to order meals for the week is FRIDAY at 2:30pm. Funds will be deducted from the student/faculty My School Bucks account. **Orders are charged even if they are not picked up. **Orders not picked up by the 2nd half of lunch will be made available for sale. If you will be late due a meeting, test, etc, please arrange to have your lunch picked up. Due to our vendor agreement with our Cafe provider, fast food or delivery are not allowed. Lunch should either be ordered from the Cafe, or brought from home. No exceptions.
- The deadline for seniors to turn in service hours for recognition at graduation is May 10th.
- ATTENTION FIELD DAY VOLUNTEERS - If you signed up to volunteer for any of the field days, you will receive a confirmation email a day or two prior to the event. If you do not receive an email, you have not been approved to attend or your parent has not emailed permission to the office. Please see /email Mrs. Kristy with any questions.
- Students approved to volunteer at the SMCS field day TODAY are excused/exempt for the full day.
- Service Hour Opportunity - St. John Berchmans is looking for reliable student volunteers for their Vacation Bible School - Scuba, Divining into Friendship with God from Monday, June 3rd through Friday, June 7th. Students are needed to lead Crews of five children throughout the morning, help create video content, and volunteer where needed. If you are interested please contact Mrs. Sarah Romanski, Director of Faith Formation at [email protected].
- Service Hour Opportunity for former SJS Students - St. Joseph's needs volunteers for their field day which will be held on May 10th from 8:00am - 12:00pm. Volunteers will need to report to Messmer Stadium between 7:30-7:45. Preferably no later than 7:45! You must have a C or better in all courses and must have parent permission emailed to Mrs. Watts at [email protected]. A sign up sheet will be located in the front office.
