FAiTH needs your help! Do you remember the excitement of opening up a new toy on Christmas morning? FAiTH wants to help hundreds of children experience that same excitement and joy! We are hosting a TOY DRIVE COMPETITION! The homeroom that brings in the most number of toys will win gift cards for a Cane's box combo AND a Dilla's Quesadilla!!! The second place homeroom will win a Cane's box combo. In order to win, there must be a minimum of 1 toy turned in per student in the homeroom.
Please help spread the excitement! Toys must be brought to your homeroom teacher or Ms. Hymel's office, by Thursday, November 17.
Congratulations to the Loyola Cross Country Team for competing at the LHSAA State Championship Meet @ NSU in Natchitoches. The Girls XC Team scored 540 points and was led by Mary Elberson who finished with a PR of (24:22.00) followed by Bella Cascio (PR), Teresa Fields (PR), Sarah Roppolo, Maeve Chmielewski and Ainsley Hanes. The Boys XC Team scored 248 points with a Team average of (18:28) that’s 2 seconds faster than last year! The Flyers were led by Tripp Roemer who finished 2nd place with a time of (16:14.40) followed by Mark Henry, Jackson Drouillard (PR), Carter Ward, Reese Jacobs, Mathis Stanberry (PR) and Rhys Armagost.
Wasn’t the I WANT MY LCP Style Show a ‘Thriller’? The SENIORS looked like they were ‘Walking on Sunshine’ while they ‘Pump(ed) Up The Jam’ and got ‘Footloose’ on stage. It was definitely ‘The Best of Times’. Before we go our ‘Separate Ways’, we have one final ‘Celebration’ for the winners of the Style Show Bodacious Baskets sweepstakes ticket sales contest. The SENIORS will be ‘Steppin’ Out’ for a Pajama Day and Ice Cream treat on Thursday, Nov 17.
So let’s ‘Bring The Noise’ and ‘Straight Up’ congratulate the SENIORS! Seniors: PJ Day (no shorts/no leggings), Thursday, Nov 17th. Ice cream treats will be served at lunch.
Girls Varsity Soccer had a 4-2 win last night vs Airline. Goals were scored by: Madalyn Vandevender (2), Mary Helen Burford & Grace Weiford. Ainsley Matlock & Saniyah Simo had assists.

Service Hour Opportunity - Any student wanting to help out in the press box with announcing the boys or girls soccer games or working the score board can contact Mr. Pachankis via email or stop by room 100. Service hours can be earned. We also need people to sing the National Anthem.
Interested in a career in Media Arts? The Digital Media Institute will be on campus this Thursday at 11:30 to share information about their programs in digital marketing, animation, game design, and visual effects. Juniors and Seniors can sign up for the visit in Naviance, and sophomores can email Mrs. Clark to sign up.

SGA is hosting a Thanksgiving food drive from Monday, November 14th through Friday, November 18th. The donations will be given to Sacred Heart Catholic Church to be distributed through their food pantry. We are asking for the below items to be placed in cardboard boxes that will be located outside of the office and the breezeway between the Main Building and the Residence Building.

Funds will be deducted from the student/faculty My School Bucks account. **Orders are charged even if they are not picked up. ** Orders must be placed from the students Loyola Google account/email. Orders not picked up by the 2nd half of lunch will be made available for sale. If you will be late due a meeting, test, etc, please arrange to have your lunch picked up. Due to our vendor agreement with our Cafe provider, fast food or delivery are not allowed. Lunch should either be ordered from the Cafe, or brought from home. No exceptions.
