FRIDAY LATE START: This will be our first late start day of the year. The first bell will ring at 8:40 and class will begin at 8:45. We will still dismiss at 2:00. LUNCH: Students must order lunch a week in advance via a Google form here: Week of 09.01.2025-09.05.2025. https://forms.gle/idQUCuFw6nxJeKZ66 - The deadline to order meals for the week is FRIDAY at 2:00pm. Funds will be deducted from the student/faculty My School Bucks account. **Orders are charged even if they are not picked up. ** Beginning this week, the order form is closed to outside email addresses. Orders must be placed from the students Loyola Google account/email.** Orders not picked up by the 2nd half of lunch will be made available for sale. If you will be late due a meeting, test, etc, please arrange to have your lunch picked up. Due to our vendor agreement with our Cafe provider, fast food or delivery are not allowed. Lunch should either be ordered from the Cafe, or brought from home. No exceptions.
FOOTBALL JAMBOREE: The Flyers will head east to Minden tomorrow night for their jamboree against Glenbrook and Montgomery. The jamboree will be held at Glenbrook School at 6:00 PM. Tickets are $10 and it is cash only at the gate. Come out and cheer on the Flyers! PIPELINE ON THE PATIO: We are so excited about this year's Pipeline improvements to make this the best pipeline year yet. Every home football game, Our Pipeline Leaders will be hosting a student tailgate at 5:30pm. It's called "Pipeline on the Patio". We will have food and music. After the game, we will be hosting "Party on the Patio" where we will leave the lights on for an hour or more after the game. All students are encouraged to become members of Pipeline by paying dues. The cost for the entire football season including playoffs is $20.00. The only way to go into the student tailgate area is for your name to be on the "I've paid list". LUNCH RULE CHANGE: Students will no longer be allowed to purchase items in the cafeteria with another students ID, aka “my friend wanted me to get this for them.” Students must come and use their own ID to purchase items. FIRST BAPTIST FALL CARNIVAL: First Baptist Church School will host its Fall Carnival on Friday, November 14, 2025, from 3:00pm-6:00pm. This will be the 1st annual ride on August 30th from 9am-4pm at Desoto Motorsport Park in Grand Cane. Volunteers are needed to help with setup, directing guests, activity booths, and cleanup. FOOTBALL CONCESSIONS: Back again this year, the faculty, staff and students will be running the concession stands at Messmer for Football, Soccer and Lacrosse. We are excited about this opportunity for students to earn service hours and life experience. We are asking students to sign up for games to sell concessions. The attached form is for the 2025 Football season. We will add the Soccer and Lacrosse schedule closer to their season openers. We will have the full concession stand on the Home Team's side and a smaller temporary concession stand on the Visitor's side. We are looking forward to a great year.
