REMINDER: Junior and Senior Penance Service – Wear your regular uniform if not wearing pajamas. No Mass Uniform.
LUNCH: Students must order lunch a week in advance via a Google form here: Week of 12.15.2025-12.19.2025. https://forms.gle/gALzChTcydwRhQie6 - The deadline to order meals for the week is FRIDAY at 2:00pm. Funds will be deducted from the student/faculty My School Bucks account. **Orders are charged even if they are not picked up. ** Orders must be placed from the students Loyola Google account/email. Orders not picked up by the 2nd half of lunch will be made available for sale. If you will be late due a meeting, test, etc, please arrange to have your lunch picked up. Due to our vendor agreement with our Cafe provider, fast food or delivery are not allowed. Lunch should either be ordered from the Cafe, or brought from home. No exceptions.
STUDENTS: Let's be jolly! Go by the first floor of the main building and at the bulletin board write a holly jolly Christmas message to your favorite teacher, administrator or staff and put it in their stocking! Let's spread some Christmas cheer!
PROOF OF ENROLLMENT: Reminder to any student/parent needing a Proof of Enrollment (for getting a TIP Card) over the Christmas break that you need to notify Ms. Leone at [email protected] or 226-6284 before exams begin on Wednesday, Dec. 17 in order to get the form. My office will be unavailable during the Christmas break to provide one for you.

PAJAMA DAY: Green Club is having a Christmas Pajamas Day fundraiser for Shreveport Green this Friday (12/12). Bring $3 cash to your 5th period class.
As always, pajamas must be school appropriate. To answer some questions that have been asked-
Footie Pajamas or onesies are okay.
Tops must have sleeves; you may not wear a tank-top style top.
Pajama bottoms must be appropriate length and may not have any writing across the rear-end.
ABSOLUTELY no leggings. Shorts must be dress code length
Any shoes/slippers that are worn must have a back.
FRENCH CLUB: French club will be having a potluck Christmas party in Madame Barnett’s room during lunch on Monday. All are welcome!

FUNDRAISER: Flyer Rack and Roll @ Red River Billiards
Date & Time: Wednesday, December 17th | 12:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m.
Location: Red River Billiards & Looouisiana Bistreaux 2090 Brookshire Arena Road, Bossier City, LA
Purpose: This fundraiser will support our mascot dog program.
Event Details:
- All Loyola College Prep students, teachers, faculty and parents are invited to attend.
- Everyone is invited to Red River Billiards for an afternoon of fun and relaxation.
- Activities include pool games, prizes, food, and soft drinks.
- Tickets: $30.00 per person.
- Students may attend without a parent.
