REMINDER: Spirit Day – Students may wear an approved Loyola spirit shirt or a Christmas shirt with uniform bottoms.
LUNCH: Students must order lunch a week in advance via a Google form here: Week of 12.08.2025-12.12.2025. https://forms.gle/McZbDhUxh4YW7na99 - The deadline to order meals for the week is FRIDAY at 2:00pm. Funds will be deducted from the student/faculty My School Bucks account. **Orders are charged even if they are not picked up. ** Orders must be placed from the students Loyola Google account/email. Orders not picked up by the 2nd half of lunch will be made available for sale. If you will be late due a meeting, test, etc, please arrange to have your lunch picked up. Due to our vendor agreement with our Cafe provider, fast food or delivery are not allowed. Lunch should either be ordered from the Cafe, or brought from home. No exceptions.
SEASON PASSES: General Admission Season Passes for Basketball and Soccer are on sale! Basketball Season passes are $80 each and are valid for one admission per pass card for every pre and regular season home basketball game, including Freshman, JV and scrimmages, for both girls and boys teams. To purchase Basketball Season Passes, click here. Soccer Season Passes are $48 each for Boys and $48 each for Girls and are valid for one (1) general admission per pass card for all home pre and regular season Varsity, JV and Freshman games and scrimmages. There is a limited amount of combo passes available where you get 1 of each pass for $90. Please note that passes are not valid for the Flyer Invitational tournament. To purchase Soccer Season Passes, click here. As always, Loyola students get into home regular season games free with their student ID. Children 6 and under are free to get in the games.
BASKETBALL GAMES: The Flyer Basketball teams will take on Byrd at home on Thursday, December 4th: JV boys begin at 5, followed by the Lady Flyers and then the Varsity boys team takes the court. Tickets are $9 (including fee) and can be purchased online at https://gofan.co/event/4722615 or at the door. NO CASH. Students are free with their Loyola ID. You must have your physical current Loyola ID or you will be asked to pay.
MONDAY PARKING: Cicero Drive will be closed on Monday, December 8 for FAITH day. There will be NO drop-offs or pickups allowed on Cicero.
STUDENTS: Let's be jolly! Go by the first floor of the main building and at the bulletin board write a holly jolly Christmas message to your favorite teacher, administrator or staff and put it in their stocking! Let's spread some Christmas cheer!
4H: Members wanting to go to the Mudbugs hockey game January 3 need to have their $20 to me by December 5th.
SCIENCE FAIR: Anyone interested in competing in the Science Fair, contact Coach Woolbert.
CALENDAR CHANGE: January 5th will be a teacher in-service day. Students will return from Christmas Break on Tuesday, January 6.
FUNDRAISER: Flyer Rack and Roll @ Red River Billiards
Date & Time: Wednesday, December 17th | 12:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m.
Location: Red River Billiards & Looouisiana Bistreaux 2090 Brookshire Arena Road, Bossier City, LA
Purpose: This fundraiser will support our mascot dog program.
Event Details:
- All Loyola College Prep students, teachers, faculty and parents are invited to attend.
- Everyone is invited to Red River Billiards for an afternoon of fun and relaxation.
- Activities include pool games, prizes, food, and soft drinks.
- Tickets: $30.00 per person.
- Students may attend without a parent.
