LUNCH: Students must order lunch a week in advance via a Google form here: Week of 03.02.2026-03.06.2026.  https://forms.gle/F36pR3kZT5bstPx79 - The deadline to order meals for the week is FRIDAY at 2:00pm. ** Orders not picked up by the 2nd half of lunch will be made available for sale. If you will be late due a meeting, test, etc, please arrange to have your lunch picked up. Due to our vendor agreement with our Cafe provider, fast food or delivery are not allowed. Lunch should either be ordered from the Cafe, or brought from home.  No exceptions.

LENT BULLETIN BOARD: Students, faculty and staff, as we celebrate this season of lent, go by the first floor of the main building and share with us how you are bringing your heart to this cross this season. Write your promise or resolution in one of the hearts in the bulletin board, we will be praying for you. 

SPIRIT NIGHT: Loyola College Prep is excited to partner with the Shreveport MudBugs on Friday, Feb 27 for the Loyola Spirit Group night. Come cheer on the Mudbugs, free skate, and support our spirit groups. 

COLLEGE VISIT: An admissions rep from Mississippi State University will be on campus Monday, March 2, at 8:45 a.m. Juniors and seniors, if you’re interested, sign up in SCOIR!

SCHOLARSHIP OPPORTUNITY: The Flyer Alumni Association and the St. Vincent’s Academy Alumnae Association are now accepting scholarship applications for the 2026–27 school year. These merit-based awards are available to current and incoming students who are children or grandchildren of alumni from St. John’s, Jesuit, Loyola, or St. Vincent’s Academy, and who demonstrate strong character in academics, citizenship, and church involvement.

Applications are due March 27, 2026. Apply at www.loyolaprep.org/scholarship-programs.

WINTER DANCE: The Winter Dance will be on Saturday, February 28th, at 7:00 PM in the LCP Gym. The dance ends at 8:30 PM and no one will be allowed to leave until then. We encourage everyone to attend as their favorite Movie/TV Show character with a date, with a group, or by themselves. The Senior and Sophomore SGA Officers would appreciate your support. REGISTRATION: The deadline to complete registration for the 2026–27 school year is March 15, 2026. After this date, the registration fee will increase to $500.

Families applying for financial assistance for the 2026–27 school year must submit their application by March 16, 2026.

LSUHS SHREVEPORT'S PRE-MED DAY: March 28th from 10am–3pm, LSUHS is offering high school students hands-on experience in a real medical school setting — including suturing workshops, anatomy lab tours, airway simulations, and guidance on preparing for medical school. LYS: Registration is now open for Louisiana Youth Seminar.
