LUNCH: Students must order lunch a week in advance via a Google form here: Week of 11.03.2025-11.07.2025.  https://forms.gle/QVPsbrotMVFbckHZA  - The deadline to order meals for the week is FRIDAY at 2:00pm. Funds will be deducted from the student/faculty My School Bucks account. **SOPHOMORES – Thursday (11/6) you will be at retreat, do not order for this day.***  Fast food or delivery are not allowed. Lunch should either be ordered from the Cafe, or brought from home.  No exceptions.

FOOTBALL GAME: The Flyers (8-0) head south to Stonewall on Friday October 31st to take on the North DeSoto Griffins (8-0). Kickoff is at 7:00 PM. FUNDRAISER: The Flyer's Men's Lacrosse Team is having a sprit night this Thursday, October 30th, at Dilla's on Bert Kouns.  Please help by dining in or taking out from Dilla's while mentioning Loyola Lacrosse to help the team receive 15% of sales.  The lacrosse team will be drawing its LSU raffle winner at 6:30 at Dilla's. There's still time to get a ticket by contacting Carie Hart (318) 573-6847...the winner will receive 4 Stadium Club tickets to the LSU vs. Arkansas game on November 15 in Tiger Stadium.  Thank you Flyer Families for your support!

FOOD DRIVE: SGA is hosting a Food Drive for Northwest Foodbank from November 3rd to November 7th.  Please bring donated canned goods to B3 before Friday, November 7th to help us put our faith in action

SPIRIT STORE: Shop our brand new LCP Spirit Store for t-shirts, dri-fit t-shirts, sweatshirts, hoodies, tanks and more!  Store is only open until November 14th at midnight.  All items are spirit day approved, except hoodies.  Items will be delivered to your child in homeroom after the store closes.  We hope parents and siblings will shop as well!

DIA DE LOS MUERTOS: It's the time of the year to remember and honor those who have passed, it's Día de los Muertos week. The students in Honors Spanish 2 have created Catrina dolls as part of the celebrations and we want your vote. Using the google form attached please vote for your favorite doll. PARENT ROSARY: All Loyola parents are invited to join the LPA Rosary Group every Wednesday at 1:30 p.m. in St. Michael’s Chapel. This weekly gathering is a peaceful time for prayer, reflection, and community, and it is open to anyone (you don't have to be Catholic).

Wednesday, November 5, the group will meet for lunch at Ki’ Mexico at 12 p.m. before heading to the chapel for the 1:30 Rosary Group.

VETERANS DAY CELEBRATION: Loyola College Prep is hosting a Veterans’ Celebration on Tuesday, Nov. 11th - 9:20 a.m. - 10:50 a.m. at Cathedral Of St. John Berchmans. Loyola students will honor our veterans with a Mass, guest speaker and music. There will be a reception following in St. Vincent’s Hall. This celebration is for all parents, family members, alumni and community members. We are asking all LCP families to send in pictures of their veteran family members with the family member's name and branch of service to [email protected]. The pictures will be used in a slideshow during the reception. Deadline to turn in pictures on Friday, Oct. 31st 

FUNDRAISER: Flyer Rack and Roll @ Red River Billiards

Date & Time: Wednesday, December 17th | 12:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m.

Location: Red River Billiards & Looouisiana Bistreaux  2090 Brookshire Arena Road, Bossier City, LA 

Purpose: This fundraiser will support the purchase of dog beds for every classroom, as well as training and ongoing care for Flyer the Beagle, our school’s mascot and therapy dog. 

Event Details:

• All Loyola College Prep students, teachers, faculty and parents are invited to attend. 
• Everyone is invited to Red River Billiards for an afternoon of fun and relaxation.
• Activities include pool games, prizes, food, and soft drinks.
• Tickets: $30.00 per person. 
• Students may attend without a parent.
