LUNCH: Students must order lunch a week in advance via a Google form here: Week of 08.31-09.04.2026.  https://forms.gle/m1XnZ7KzkHYWhjp1A  - The deadline to order meals for the week is FRIDAY at 2:00pm. Funds will be deducted from the student/faculty My School Bucks account. THIS IS THE LAST WEEK THE FORM WILL BE OPEN TO ALL EMAIL ADDRESSES. Starting next week you MUST be logged into the students Loyola email to order. 

Orders not picked up by the 2nd half of lunch will be made available for sale. If you will be late due a meeting, test, etc, please arrange to have your lunch picked up. Due to our vendor agreement with our Cafe provider, fast food or delivery are not allowed. Lunch should either be ordered from the Cafe, or brought from home.  No exceptions.

GIRLS SOCCER: There will be a girls soccer interest meeting during the 2^nd half of lunch on Tuesday, August 25. The meeting will be held in the gym and is mandatory.

SEASON PASSES: Season Passes for Volleyball and Football are on sale! Passes are $50 and are valid for one admission per pass for all pre and regular season home games for Freshmen, JV and Varsity. They are not valid for district tournaments or Playoff games. Get your passes today and avoid the line at the ticket booth or stop worrying about purchasing on your phone for home games.

LACROSSE: Interested in playing lacrosse? You're invited to an interest meeting for new players!

The interest meeting will be on Monday August 24th during the first half of lunch in room #202 with Coach Hollenshead. 

LINE UP AND SIGN UP: SGA is excited to host our annual Line Up and Sign Up. On August 26th, Loyola Students will have the opportunity to join clubs that reflect their personal interests. Read about some of the highlighted school clubs below!

Fellowship of Christian Athletes: The Fellowship of Christian Athletes has been challenging coaches and athletes on the professional, college, high school, junior high and youth levels to use the powerful platform of sport with the transforming power of Jesus Christ. FCA focuses on serving local communities around the globe by engaging, equipping and empowering coaches and athletes to unite, inspire and change the world through the gospel. Fishing Club Sport: Do you like to fish? Join our club team and compete against the best in the nation in local and national tournaments. One angler MUST have a boat to fish. Every angler is responsible for selling one jersey sponsorship.

Key Club: Key club is all about service to the community and the school. We work with VOA on several youth and family projects. We also host the homecoming dance. Twenty-five service hours are required each school year.

Pipeline: Pipeline is all about promoting school spirit through student involvement in school athletics and activities. Whether this is at Pipeline at the Patio before football games, or even at Pep Rallies, this club encourages students to represent Loyola College Prep with pride and integrity while helping create a welcoming and energetic environment throughout the community. In order to take part in the pre-game tailgates, students must be a dues paying member.

CONCESSION SIGNUP: Varsity Football Concession Volunteers Needed! We are looking for mature, responsible students to work concessions at our 5 varsity football games—students who are comfortable handling money, counting change, working in a fast-paced environment, and taking direction. This is a volunteer job, not a social event—there are lots of moving parts, and volunteers need to stay focused, work as a team, and be ready to jump in wherever needed.
