REMINDER: LATE START MONDAY – Students should NOT arrive on campus before 9:00. First bell rings at 9:15 and class begins at 9:20.

LUNCH: Students must order lunch a week in advance via a Google form here: Week of 09.29-10.03.2025.  https://forms.gle/2acmjHc2VGdc7raBA - The deadline to order meals for the week is FRIDAY at 2:30pm. Funds will be deducted from the student/faculty My School Bucks account. **Orders are charged even if they are not picked up. ** Orders must be placed from the students Loyola Google account/email. Orders not picked up by the 2nd half of lunch will be made available for sale. If you will be late due a meeting, test, etc, please arrange to have your lunch picked up. Due to our vendor agreement with our Cafe provider, fast food or delivery are not allowed. Lunch should either be ordered from the Cafe, or brought from home.  No exceptions.

FOOTBALL GAME: The Flyers (2-0) are at home this Friday, September 19, for HOMECOMING! Our Flyers will take on the Cedar Creek Cougars (2-0). Kickoff is at 7:00 PM at Messmer Stadium. Purchase your tickets in advance here: https://gofan.co/app/school/LA23475.  Tickets are $11 (including fee). Note that Loyola is Cashless for event entry. Come out and cheer on the Flyers and celebrate Homecoming!!!

BOOSTER CLUB TAILGATE: The football booster club will host a homecoming tailgate for Flyer families and alumni on Friday, September 19th at Messmer Stadium starting at 5:45pm. A very special thank you to Silver Star for sponsoring our HOCO Tailgate! Admission is free, but donations are appreciated.

HOCO RIBBONS AND BUTTONS: Bring $5 cash to purchase your LCP Homecoming ribbon or $10 cash for your LCP button at the Homecoming Football Game!

STUDENT ADMISSION TO HOME GAMES: Reminder that LCP students get into all HOME regular and preseason games for free with their student ID. You must show your current physical ID at the door/gate for free admission.

COLLEGE VISIT: An admissions rep from West Point will be on campus Tuesday, September 23, at 10:30 a.m.

GIRLS SOCCER: Girls soccer will have a mandatory interest meeting for all prospective Varsity/JV players on Monday, 9/22 during the 2nd half of lunch in the gym.  

FLYER LACROSSE: The Men's Flyer Lacrosse Team is hosting a parent social this Sunday, September 21st from 3pm-5pm at the home of Stacie Keneker.  Parents of players and those parents with boys' interested in finding out more about Flyer Lacrosse are encouraged to attend. Parents will have the opportunity to meet the coaching staff, learn about the game, and socialize with other Loyola Lacrosse Families. Please RSVP to [email protected] so that we can plan food/beverages and provide directions.

ART CLUB: If you would like to join the Art Club, the first meeting will be Tuesday during the second half of lunch. It will be in the art room, B-1.

GOLF: Loyola golf will hold an information meeting on Tuesday, September 23 during the second half of lunch. Please meet in the library at 12:40 if you are interested in joining the golf team.

FCA VOLLEYBALL: It’s time for the annual FCA volleyball tournament during lunch! The tournament will begin Monday the 22. 

ALUMNI BBQ: Mark your calendars! The Flyer Alumni BBQ is back on Saturday, Oct. 4 from 5–9 p.m. at LCP! For $45, enjoy a steak dinner with all the sides while catching up with fellow Flyers. ST. JOSEPH CATHOLIC CHURCH - We are very excited to have the St. Padre Pio Relics at St. Joseph for veneration October 1st and 2nd from 1 - 8pm each day. We will have a Mass in honor of St. Padre Pio at 6:45pm Thursday evening. 

Reconciliation will be available both evenings

PAW PRINT SPRINT: St. Mark's Cathedral School Paw Print Sprint 2025 is looking for volunteers for Saturday, October 25.

FOOTBALL CONCESSIONS: Back again this year, the faculty, staff and students will be running the concession stands at Messmer for Football, Soccer and Lacrosse. We are excited about this  opportunity for students to earn service hours and life experience. We are asking students to sign up for games to sell concessions. The attached form is for the 2025 Football season. We will add the Soccer and Lacrosse schedule closer to their season openers. We will have the full concession stand on the Home Team's side and a smaller temporary concession stand on the Visitor's side. 

We are looking forward to a great year.

Football -Students will receive 5 service hours per Varsity game, if they stay the whole game.
