LUNCH: Students must order lunch a week in advance via a Google form here: Week of 10.06-10.10.2025.  https://forms.gle/Chpk6BXtGXDrzaWw7  - The deadline to order meals for the week is FRIDAY at 2:30pm. Funds will be deducted from the student/faculty My School Bucks account. **Orders are charged even if they are not picked up. ** Orders must be placed from the students Loyola Google account/email. Orders not picked up by the 2nd half of lunch will be made available for sale. If you will be late due a meeting, test, etc, please arrange to have your lunch picked up. Due to our vendor agreement with our Cafe provider, fast food or delivery are not allowed. Lunch should either be ordered from the Cafe, or brought from home.  No exceptions.

SENIORS AND PARENTS OF SENIORS:  Reminder that the Graduation Requirement signature form is due Wednesday, Oct. 1.  For questions, please email [email protected] or call 226-6284.

CHRISTMAS CARD CONTEST: 2025 Christmas Card Contest: It’s time to get creative! All Loyola students are invited to submit designs for this year’s official Christmas Card. To enter, email your design to Mrs. Jordan Harris at [email protected] or drop off a physical copy in the Anderson Building by Oct. 17 at 2:30 p.m.

ALUMNI BBQ: Mark your calendars! The Flyer Alumni BBQ is back on Saturday, Oct. 4 from 5–9 p.m. at LCP! For $45, enjoy a steak dinner with all the sides while catching up with fellow Flyers. ST. JOSEPH CATHOLIC CHURCH: We are very excited to have the St. Padre Pio Relics at St. Joseph for veneration October 1st and 2nd from 1 - 8pm each day. We will have a Mass in honor of St. Padre Pio at 6:45pm Thursday evening. 

Reconciliation will be available both evenings

BOWLING TEAM: There will be an interest meeting on Tuesday, September 30th for anyone wanting to join the Bowling Team. Please meet in room 204 during the 2^nd half of lunch.

CHESS CLUB: Chess club meeting Friday Oct 3 second half of lunch in B5. Anyone interested in joining is welcome!

4-H: There will be a 4-H meeting October 6^th during Homeroom in room 203. This is for current members and those interested in joining.

MASCOT HANDLER TEAM: Flyer I Mascot Handler Team Application is now live! If you would like to become the next handler please carefully read and follow the instructions contained in the following form: https://forms.gle/q65k7j4ARVF8tJWw9

Application must be submitted by Friday October 3rd at 2pm. Selected application candidates will be contacted for a personal interview.

VETERANS DAY CELEBRATION: Loyola College Prep is hosting a Veterans’ Celebration on Tuesday, Nov. 11th - 9:20 a.m. - 10:50 a.m. at Cathedral Of St. John Berchmans. Loyola students will honor our veterans with a Mass, guest speaker and music. There will be a reception following in St. Vincent’s Hall. This celebration is for all parents, family members, alumni and community members. We are asking all LCP families to send in pictures of their veteran family members with the family member's name and branch of service to [email protected]. The pictures will be used in a slideshow during the reception. Deadline to turn in pictures on Friday, Oct. 31st

NORTHWOOD REUNION: Northwood High School is having a class reunion on October 4^th and needs volunteers. The reunion will be at American Legion from 6:00pm – 10:00pm. Contact Mrs. Johnson if interested. 

PAW PRINT SPRINT: St. Mark's Cathedral School Paw Print Sprint 2025 is looking for volunteers for Saturday, October 25.

FOOTBALL CONCESSIONS: Back again this year, the faculty, staff and students will be running the concession stands at Messmer for Football, Soccer and Lacrosse. We are excited about this  opportunity for students to earn service hours and life experience. We are asking students to sign up for games to sell concessions. The attached form is for the 2025 Football season. We will add the Soccer and Lacrosse schedule closer to their season openers. We will have the full concession stand on the Home Team's side and a smaller temporary concession stand on the Visitor's side. 

We are looking forward to a great year.

Football -Students will receive 5 service hours per Varsity game, if they stay the whole game.
