LUNCH: Students must order lunch a week in advance via a Google form here: Week of 04.27.2026-05.01.2026.  https://forms.gle/SANXDLLwzFxwoqnx8 - The deadline to order meals for the week is FRIDAY at 2:00pm. Funds will be deducted from the student/faculty My School Bucks account. **Orders are charged even if they are not picked up. ** Orders must be placed from the students Loyola Google account/email. Orders not picked up by the 2nd half of lunch will be made available for sale. If you will be late due a meeting, test, etc, please arrange to have your lunch picked up. Due to our vendor agreement with our Cafe provider, fast food or delivery are not allowed. Lunch should either be ordered from the Cafe, or brought from home.  No exceptions.

SGA CLASS OFFICERS: 26-27 Class Officer slides are due Thursday the 23rd, for anyone interested in running for their respective class officer positions, please provide 5 slides for your campaign (1 for each day of the week) as well as a short campaign video (90 seconds max). BASEBALL PLAYOFFS: DATE AND TIME CHANGE: The Baseball playoff games have been changed! The Best of 3 series will now start with 2 games on Thursday April 23^rd at 4:30 PM with the Game 2 beginning at 6:30pm at Cicero Field for the Regional Playoff round. Game 3 will be played on Friday April 24^th if needed and time is TBA. Themes are still the same. Thursdays game theme is “Hunt the Eagles!” Wear your camo gear to the game. Friday the theme is “Stomp on Shaw” so wear your cowboy boots and come cheer on the Flyers!

PROM: Prom will be held Saturday, April 25th from 8:00-9:30 at the Remington Suites. Tickets are $50 each. Purchase tickets here!

FILM PRODUCTION MOVIES: Movie premieres for the Film Production Class are April 24th from 3:30pm to 8:00pm and April 25th from 9:30am to 8:00pm at the Shreveport Convention Center.

PHYSICALS: FREE sports physicals will be given on Saturday April 25th at 8:00am. The event will be held at Christus PT Ashley Ridge (8835 Line Ave Ste 100, Shreveport, LA 71106). This will be the only event for the 26-27 school year. 

FBCS ALUMNI: Sign up if you would like to volunteer to help with FBCS Field Day on Friday, May 8^th. Deadline to signup is Tuesday, May 5. Volunteers must meet grade and attendance requirements and will be notified if they do not meet the requirements to attend.
