LUNCH CHANGE FOR WEEK OF 2/2-2/6: Due to the ice storm preventing students from accessing email to order lunch, the menu for the week of 2/2-2/6 will be what was supposed to be served the week of 1/26-1/29 and those orders will be used for serving. If you did not order for the last week of January, extras will be available as usual on a first come first served basis.

LUNCH: Students must order lunch a week in advance via a Google form here: Week of 02.09.-02.13.2026.  https://forms.gle/3nZtP4bysNYVt4xV9  - The deadline to order meals for the week is FRIDAY at 2:00pm. Due to our vendor agreement with our Cafe provider, fast food or delivery are not allowed. Lunch should either be ordered from the Cafe, or brought from home.  No exceptions.

BOYS SOCCER PLAYOFF GAME: The Flyers (2) will take on Opelousas (31) in the first round of soccer playoffs on Thursday February 5^th at 5:30 PM at Messmer Stadium. Tickets are $9.40 each and can be purchased online at https://gofan.co/event/6042071?schoolId=LA23475. Tickets can be purchased at the gate using credit/debit card and Apple/Google pay. NO CASH is accepted. Per LHSAA regulations, all attendees must pay admission, including students and season pass holders. Come out and cheer on our Flyers!

GIRLS SOCCER: Congrats to the Flyer girls soccer team! They are ranked number 3 is the Division and will have a bye for the first round of playoffs. They will take on either Thomas Jefferson (14) or Ouachita Christian (19) in the regional Playoffs next week. Great job, ladies!

CHEER/DANCE: Our cheer/dance varsity interest meeting will be Tuesday Feb. 17th at 6pm in the cafeteria. This is a mandatory event in order to apply for either teams. Parents and students can attend. PARENTS: Registration for the 2026-2027 school year has begun.  Please log in to your Parent Portal to complete the enrollment process.

FCA: FCA is having a Free Dress day this Friday (2/6) to raise money to support Catholic charities. Bring $5 cash to your 5th period class, and make sure you follow the free dress day guidelines!

KISS THE COW FUNDRAISER: Make sure to bring your money to add to the containers in the front office. Two teachers and one Senior with the most money collected from February 2 - February 12 will kiss the cow on the 13^th!

PRAYER LOCKER: Students, Please feel free to place your prayer requests into locker # 171 on the second floor. The prayer requests will be picked up weekly and prayed for in the Wednesday Bible Studies.  All requests are welcome!

SENIOR YEARBOOK ADS: All senior yearbook ads must be fully submitted by February 16, 2026. Due to limited space, ads not fully submitted by February 16 will cannot guaranteed. This includes both the completed form and payment, as well as your photos and message. The easiest method might be to send all materials (photos, message, form) to [email protected].

CANDY GRAMS: Send a candy gram with the World's Finest Chocolate for only $2. Sales will be during lunch in the Compound or in the front office.

CONCESSIONS: Snacks will be sold during Homeroom on Friday, February 6. Cash only. 

FCA: We are excited for our FCA meeting on Thursday the 5th! It will be at 7:15 before school in the cafeteria. There will be donuts for breakfast, and Cotter Wilson, former college tennis player will be speaking! Everyone is welcomed and encouraged to come!

DRUMLINE SHOWCASE: Loyola’s Legion of Boom will be performing at the BBQ Cookoff Performance Showcase on Saturday, March 7, 2026 at 12:30. The performance will be at First Baptist Church – Cedar Grove. 

INTERNATIONAL FAIR: Friday, February 13 from 10:00-1:00 in the gym
