LUNCH: Students must order lunch a week in advance via a Google form here: Week of 09.07-09.11.2026. https://forms.gle/xzDphEQTke7zKCu59 The deadline to order meals for the week is FRIDAY at 2:00pm. Funds will be deducted from the student/faculty My School Bucks account. **Orders are charged even if they are not picked up. ** Orders must be placed from the students Loyola Google account/email. Orders not picked up by the 2nd half of lunch will be made available for sale. If you will be late due a meeting, test, etc, please arrange to have your lunch picked up. Due to our vendor agreement with our Cafe provider, fast food or delivery are not allowed. Lunch should either be ordered from the Cafe, or brought from home.  No exceptions.

FLYER FOOTBALL GAME: The Flyers will kick off the season on the road against Captain Shreve this Friday, September 4^th at 7pm at Lee Hedges Stadium. Tickets are $11.14 (including fee) and can be purchased online at https://www.locallevelevents.com/events/register/46394/102155. KEY CLUB: Those students that signed up for Key Club last Friday should see if you have received an email about Key Club. Complete the attached form in the email and submit it.  If you did not receive that email, then email or see Coach Mawhinney in J300.  

PIPELINE: Pipeline dues of $57.55 can be paid online at My School Bucks here: https://bit.ly/3SlnlRb Dues include t-shirt, cowbell and tailgate entrance for all home games. Please pay your fees by September 4^th to ensure your t-shirt order is received.

CHESS CLUB: There will be a Chess Club interest meeting Tuesday, Sept 8 during the second half of lunch in B4.

SPIRIT NIGHT: Loyola’s first-ever Flyer Fest Spirit Night will be held on Thursday, September 10, at 5:30 p.m. in the LCP Gym. Come enjoy a pep rally, support your fellow classmates, and enjoy some great Monjuni’s spaghetti!

The pep rally is open to the community and is free for current LCP students and their friends. There will also be tons of activities after the pep rally to keep you entertained and connected with your classmates.

CAMO TSHIRTS: The second order of camo Loyola shirts will arrive September 13-18. Once they arrive, they will be sent home by homeroom.

SEASON PASSES: Season Passes for Volleyball and Football are on sale! Passes are $50 and are valid for one admission per pass for all pre and regular season home games for Freshmen, JV and Varsity. They are not valid for district tournaments or Playoff games. Get your passes today and avoid the line at the ticket booth or stop worrying about purchasing on your phone for home games.

CONCESSION SIGNUP: Varsity Football Concession Volunteers Needed! We are looking for mature, responsible students to work concessions at our 5 varsity football games—students who are comfortable handling money, counting change, working in a fast-paced environment, and taking direction. This is a volunteer job, not a social event—there are lots of moving parts, and volunteers need to stay focused, work as a team, and be ready to jump in wherever needed.
