REMINDER: All students must follow dress code guidelines for Homecoming Dress-up Days. Please refer to the email sent last week. 

LUNCH: Students must order lunch a week in advance via a Google form here: Week of 09.22-09.26.2025.  https://forms.gle/hkrDsW4oUf4b3XWi7 - The deadline to order meals for the week is FRIDAY at 2:30pm. Funds will be deducted from the student/faculty My School Bucks account. **JUNIORS-You will be at Retreat on Thursday 9/25 so do NOT order for that day.***  Due to our vendor agreement with our Cafe provider, fast food or delivery are not allowed. Lunch should either be ordered from the Cafe, or brought from home.  No exceptions.

FOOTBALL GAME: The Flyers (2-0) are at home this Friday, September 19, for HOMECOMING! Our Flyers will take on the Cedar Creek Cougars (2-0). Kickoff is at 7:00 PM at Messmer Stadium. Come out and cheer on the Flyers and celebrate Homecoming!!!

CROSS COUNTRY: Congratulations to the Loyola Cross Country Team at the Border Dash XC meet this past weekend!
  The Girls XC Team was led by Sophia Fertitta who finished in 6th place and set a new Loyola course record 20:33) followed by Julia Braud, Camille Renda and Sophia Boggs.

The Boys XC Team finished in 7th place out of 31 schools led Jacques Braud who set a new Freshman school record (17:17) followed by Nick Kampert, Eddie Villalba, Carter Spohr, Holt Hamilton, Mathis Stanberry and Konnor LaBorde.

ANNUNCIATION FUNDRAISER: Our Friday Free Dress Day was a wonderful success. We raised $3,108.85 for Annunciation Hope and Healing Fund through the Catholic Community Foundation of Minnesota. Way to go Flyers!

HISPANIC HERITAGE MONTH: Hispanic Heritage month starts September 15, here at Loyola we are proud of the diversity in our school community and want to celebrate it. Students, faculty and staff with any hispanic heritage please email Mrs. Soberal your name and country of heritage by Tuesday 9/16.

RESPECT LIFE MONTH DRIVE: In recognition of Respect Life Month and in partnership with Catholic Charities, SGA will be holding a diaper and wipe drive during Homecoming Week. Donations may be brought to room B3.

HOMECOMING DANCE: The Homecoming Dance will be Saturday, September 20 at 8:00 at the LSUS Ballroom. No one will be allowed to enter after 8:30. HOMECOMING GUESTS: If a student plans to bring a date from another school they MUST have a completed GUEST FORM turned in to the Loyola front office for approval by Wednesday, September 17.

ST. JOSEPH CATHOLIC CHURCH - We are very excited to have the St. Padre Pio Relics at St. Joseph for veneration October 1st and 2nd from 1 - 8pm each day. We will have a Mass in honor of St. Padre Pio at 6:45pm Thursday evening. 

Reconciliation will be available both evenings

FOOTBALL CONCESSIONS: Back again this year, the faculty, staff and students will be running the concession stands at Messmer for Football, Soccer and Lacrosse. We are excited about this  opportunity for students to earn service hours and life experience. We are asking students to sign up for games to sell concessions. The attached form is for the 2025 Football season. We will add the Soccer and Lacrosse schedule closer to their season openers. We will have the full concession stand on the Home Team's side and a smaller temporary concession stand on the Visitor's side. 

We are looking forward to a great year.

Football -Students will receive 5 service hours per Varsity game, if they stay the whole game.
