REMINDER: Freshman and Sophomore Penance Service – Wear your regular uniform. No Mass uniforms. 

LUNCH: Students must order lunch a week in advance via a Google form here: Week of 12.15.2025-12.19.2025.  https://forms.gle/gALzChTcydwRhQie6 - The deadline to order meals for the week is FRIDAY at 2:00pm. Funds will be deducted from the student/faculty My School Bucks account. **Orders are charged even if they are not picked up. ** Orders must be placed from the students Loyola Google account/email. Orders not picked up by the 2nd half of lunch will be made available for sale. If you will be late due a meeting, test, etc, please arrange to have your lunch picked up. Due to our vendor agreement with our Cafe provider, fast food or delivery are not allowed. Lunch should either be ordered from the Cafe, or brought from home.  No exceptions. 

STUDENTS: Let's be jolly! Go by the first floor of the main building and at the bulletin board write a holly jolly Christmas message to your favorite teacher, administrator or staff and put it in their stocking! Let's spread some Christmas cheer!

PROOF OF ENROLLMENT: Reminder to any student/parent needing a Proof of Enrollment (for getting a TIP Card) over the Christmas break that you need to notify Ms. Leone at [email protected] or 226-6284 before exams begin on Wednesday, Dec. 17 in order to get the form.  My office will be unavailable during the Christmas break to provide one for you.

BUSINESS CLUB: There will be a Business club meeting in Mrs Goodman’s room Wednesday during lunch and Mr. Tim Edwards will be speaking. All are welcome. 

SPIRIT WEAR: If you ordered Loyola Spirit Wear, items will be delivered to your child in their homeroom class this Wednesday, Dec. 10th.  If you prefer to pick up your items another way (i.e…they may be Christmas gifts!), then please email [email protected].

CALENDAR CHANGE: January 5th will be a teacher in-service day. Students will return from Christmas Break on Tuesday, January 6.

HAPPY BELLYS: Happy Belly’s will be coming to Loyola on Friday, December 12. Cash and card will be accepted.

FUNDRAISER: Flyer Rack and Roll @ Red River Billiards

Location: Red River Billiards & Looouisiana Bistreaux  2090 Brookshire Arena Road, Bossier City, LA 

Purpose: This fundraiser will support our mascot dog program.
