REMINDER: MASS DAY - Wear your FULL Mass Uniform
LUNCH: Students must order lunch a week in advance via a Google form here: Week of 09.15-09.19.2025. https://forms.gle/kfAyb2iCxppd2RHe9 - The deadline to order meals for the week is FRIDAY at 2:30pm. Funds will be deducted from the student/faculty My School Bucks account. **Orders are charged even if they are not picked up. ** Orders must be placed from the students Loyola Google account/email. Orders not picked up by the 2nd half of lunch will be made available for sale. If you will be late due a meeting, test, etc, please arrange to have your lunch picked up. Due to our vendor agreement with our Cafe provider, fast food or delivery are not allowed. Lunch should either be ordered from the Cafe, or brought from home. No exceptions.
FOOTBALL GAME: The Flyers (1-0) travel to DeSoto parish this Friday, September 12, to take on the Logansport Tigers (0-1). The stadium is located at 17228 LA-5, Logansport, LA 71049 and kickoff is at 7:00 PM. Logansport also uses GoFan for their tickets so purchase your tickets in advance here: https://gofan.co/event/4362916?schoolId=LA23474. Tickets are $10 (including fee). Come out and cheer on the Flyers!!!
SUMMER SERVICE HOUR DEADLINE: All service hours performed during the summer break must be submitted on MobileServe by Friday, September 12th. Summer hours turned in after September 12th will not be accepted.
FCA: We are excited for our FCA meeting this Thursday! It will be at 7:15 before school in the cafeteria. There will be Southern Maid donuts for breakfast, and David Barber will be speaking! Everyone is welcomed and encouraged to come!
FRIDAY SNACKS: Students will be able to purchase snacks during homeroom on Friday and will be called out of homeroom to purchase cookies and chips for $1.00 each – please bring cash
PIPELINE SHIRTS: Pipeline shirts are on sale in My School Bucks for $15 until Friday, September 12.
STUDENT ID’s: Student ID’s must be worn at all times when a student is on campus. If your ID is lost or stolen, replacements are $22.00 and must be purchased in the Anderson Building. If your ID stops functioning (won’t unlock the doors), please see Mrs. Weeks in the main office.

KEY CLUB: There will be a meeting for anyone interested in becoming a Key Club member after mass in the cafeteria. Key Club is an International student-led organization providing its members with opportunities to provide service, build character and develop leadership. Stop by if you want to learn more about Key Club.
All current Key Club members will have a brief meeting in the gym after mass. Roll will be taken.
RESPECT LIFE MONTH DRIVE: In recognition of Respect Life Month and in partnership with Catholic Charities, SGA will be holding a diaper and wipe drive during Homecoming Week. Donations may be brought to room B3.
HOMECOMING GUESTS: If a student plans to bring a date from another school they MUST have a completed GUEST FORM turned in to the Loyola front office for approval.
YEARBOOK RETAKES: For those who were absent on Picture Day (or would like a retake), Harrington House will be available on Wednesday, Sept. 10 from 2:30 to 3:30. Harrington House is located at 815 Margaret Place.
SUBS: Anyone who would like to be added to our list of potential paid substitute teachers should contact Mrs. Johnson at [email protected]. Subs will have to follow state and diocesan regulations which include being fingerprinted, having a full background check, and taking Protecting God's Children.
SERVICE HOUR OPPORTUNITIES

FOOTBALL CONCESSIONS: Back again this year, the faculty, staff and students will be running the concession stands at Messmer for Football, Soccer and Lacrosse. We are excited about this opportunity for students to earn service hours and life experience. We are asking students to sign up for games to sell concessions. The attached form is for the 2025 Football season. We will add the Soccer and Lacrosse schedule closer to their season openers. We will have the full concession stand on the Home Team's side and a smaller temporary concession stand on the Visitor's side.
We are looking forward to a great year.
Football -Students will receive 5 service hours per Varsity game, if they stay the whole game.
