Loyola College Prep proudly offers opportunities for student creativity to be expressed and developed.
Students are welcome to chronologically enrolled in Art I through Art IV to expand artistic ability and education. Many art students participate in special Loyola projects such as the Spring and Summer Magazine and the annual Christmas card.
The Media Arts Department offers a variety of elective courses for students to learn and grow skills in videography, photography, video editing and production and broadcasting. Students produce The Flyer Minute, The Rundown, athletic hype videos and several additional projects consistently throughout the year. Keep up with their latest videos here.
The Drama Club provides students the opportunity to reach remarkable levels of acting, singing and dancing. Productions are directed each semester and performed for the Shreveport-Bossier community. Click here for the Drama Club website.
LCP-TV is the official YouTube channel of Loyola College Prep’s Media Arts class. Every video you see is fully student-produced, from concept to final cut.
